EL ORÍN COME EL HIERRO, EL AGUA COME LAS PIEDRAS; O EL SUEÑO DE ALICIAS

An abstract version of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, this piece takes us by the White Rabbit’s hand, through a trail starting at Alice’s entrance to the Burrow / Mouth, and ending with her exit through Bluebeard’s Room / Vagina. What Carroll meant as a dream becomes a nightmare for Alice, and the journey to the other side of the mirror is actually through the interior of her own body -Corpus Femina-. During her tour, she will meet the Queen of Hearts, but also the +400 women murdered in Ciudad Juárez, Beatriz fleeing from Dante, the Jabberwocky and Betty Boop. She will walk around the Penitentiary Colony yelling the Cyborg Manifesto. By the final station, the only clear thing to us will be that, while we thought to be still among girls, we were always inside an endless insanity.
