EL GRADO CERO DEL INSOMNIO
Ten women dance, sing and speak -to the beat of Žižek- songs and texts about one of the major diseases of our time: the farce of political correctness and its scenic derivative, "living room theater", or naturalistic, situation-based theater. A show that aims, stealing from Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Žižek, to dismantle a sanctimonious speech that seeks to deny - as a self- indulgent mechanism- the difference between the manifestation of an idea (expressed as an ideology) and its practice (its true ideology) to build and hegemonize empty statements that mean absolutely nothing.
